We’re delighted to welcome three fantastic new members to our Board of Experts (BoE): Irma Belgraver-Kruisinga, Arne Strybos, and Kazuto Yoshinaga. Their knowledge and experience will be invaluable in strengthening Green Award’s mission and certification requirements.

Irma is Sector Manager Shipping at Rabobank, where she leads the bank’s Inland Shipping Future Vision and works to accelerate the sustainability of its shipping portfolio. She is also part of the Condor Zero Emission Inland Shipping Foundation, focusing on financing strategies and network development to drive zero-emission solutions.
With over a decade of experience in maritime finance and public sector leadership, Irma has held senior roles at the Municipality of Rotterdam and advised inland shipping clients on financing and strategy. Having grown up in an inland shipping family, she brings both professional expertise and personal connection to the sector.

As Program Manager Fuel Transition at the Port of Antwerp-Bruges, Arne Strybos works on integrating alternative fuels to support climate-neutral transport across shipping, rail, road, and port equipment. His role includes project development, regulatory advocacy, and policy advising at European, national, and international levels.
He previously worked as an Energy & Sustainability Engineer at Agidens, advising on energy planning, audits, and ISO 50001 systems, and has experience in soil remediation and environmental impact assessments. Arne is also a member of advisory bodies such as the IAPH Climate & Energy Committee and the Flemish Green Deal Inland Shipping.

Kazuto Yoshinaga is Regional Manager for Europe and Africa at ClassNK and General Manager of the Oslo Office. With nearly 30 years at ClassNK, he has held roles including ship surveyor, department manager, and head of the London Office, with postings in Japan, the UK, and Norway.
His career covers ship inspections, business development, and regional operations. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Kyushu University and is focused on strengthening ClassNK’s presence in Europe and Africa while supporting its mission to advance safety and environmental standards.
