The small, informal Rotterdam-based office of the Green Award Foundation
has an exciting opportunity available for a professional.
The administrator is responsible for the correct, timely and accurate processing of the work related to the ship application and certification process, correct invoicing, as well as all their administration. This includes the timely handling of (amongst others) these tasks, including communication with the members. Correspondence both in writing and verbally with members about, for example, the outcome of internal reviews as well as the further explanation of deviations including possibly conveying negative messages, is one of the main daily tasks.
Analytically converting data into valuable information for the benefit of our own organization and its members is also part of the administrator’s range of duties.
